All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All information is made clear on the listing, so make sure to read completely and check the dimensions. Feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have an additional inquiry.

We take extreme pride in the quality of our products and want the very best for our customers. Please email a photo of the damaged item and you will receive a replacement. 

Sure do! Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee which can be added to your cart before check out. Gift messaging is available for free.

Yes we do. Please visit the commissions page to learn more about this process and pricing. Additionally, you can suggest ideas for future patterns at no cost, but it’s not guaranteed a pattern will be made or how long the turn around time may be.

Please don’t. I work extremely hard to create my patterns. You are welcome to gift pieces you’ve completed to others and you can even give printed patterns you’ve purchased to your friends or family when finished to conserve paper, but you are not permitted to profit in any way off my patterns. You are permitted to donate completed pieces for auction or raffle, so long as the proceeds go to a charity or fundraiser of some sort (stag and doe or animal shelter fundraiser for example). Patterns are for personal use only.

All listings will state completed dimension size and suggested fabric count to use for each pattern, but don’t let that limit you! Visit the tutorials page for a link to an online calculator that can help you determine sizing for different count fabrics.

Cross stitching is a time consuming art form, and time equals money. I charge accordingly for my time, skill and knowledge, as well as supplies. This is why I offer three options for my patterns - finished pieces which are handcrafted and ready to hang, kits which come with all the supplies needed to complete the piece on your own, and e-patterns so you have freedom to select your own thread or fabric. Whatever your budget, there is an option available so everyone can enjoy my art.
